Daily Teas

We recommend different types of tea based on the time of day to help you find the perfect Chinese tea for yourself. We’ve categorized all our teas by quality and popularity to make your selection easier. For beginners, we suggest well-known teas that offer great value; if you’re looking to try something new, we have some lesser-known Chinese teas that are popular overseas; for those seeking higher quality, we’ve picked out top-tier options from well-known brands; and if you’re after premium organic teas, we recommend those made from wild tea, ancient tree tea, and other natural ingredients.

Our tea recommendations are organized into four parts of the day: morning, afternoon, and evening, catering to different needs for energy, digestion, relaxation, and sleep. In the morning, we suggest refreshing green tea, new white tea, lightly fermented oolong tea, or black tea to give you a boost. For the afternoon, digestive-friendly yellow tea, medium to heavily roasted oolong tea, and aged black tea (including Pu-erh) are great choices. During afternoon tea time, floral teas or aged white tea can help you unwind. And in the evening, we recommend heavily roasted oolong tea and aged teas, as well as oolong tea from over 2,000 meters above sea level, to aid digestion and promote better sleep.
