How long does shipping take to arrive?

Orders will be delivered in two steps

1.Order Processing Time:

The time it takes to prepare for shipment. In some cases, this involves maintaining inventory and controlling product quality. Orders are usually shipped within 48 hours of the business day.

2.Shipping Time:

It usually takes 7-20 business days to arrive in your country however, in some instances, delivery may be delayed depending on your country's customs. 

What are your shipping costs?

New Policy Update for U.S.:

As of May 2, 2025, the U.S. government has officially canceled the T86 duty-free exemption for low-value packages (under $800). Although a preliminary agreement was reached between China and the U.S. on May 12 to temporarily reduce tariffs to 10% within the next 90 days, there is currently no clear timeline for implementation.
To respond to this policy change, iTeaworld has optimized and upgraded our logistics channels to ensure a smoother and more secure shopping experience:
✅ All U.S. import duties will be covered by iTeaworld — you won’t need to pay any extra fees.
✅ Our new logistics partners will significantly reduce shipping times and improve overall efficiency and reliability.
Due to the logistics service upgrade and recent U.S. policy changes, shipping costs to the U.S. have increased. The updated rates are as follows:

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause our customers in the U.S.. If there are any changes in the customs policies in the future, we will adjust our shipping policies accordingly and publish an announcement on our website.

How to track my order?

All orders are carefully packed to ensure safe delivery. Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a shipment confirmation via email the next day. In this email, you will also find a tracking number to keep track of your shipment’s updates online. If you haven’t received the shipment confirmation, please check if it has gone into your spam folder.

It is possible to track all packages on this 17track. Another option is Trackingmore, which you can use if the tracking results on 17track only show Chinese. Also, once the package arrives in your country, it can usually be tracked on your local postal company’s website as well.

Taxes & Duties

Orders shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, fees, and/or VAT (Value Added Taxes) levied by the destination country. You are responsible for paying any taxes, duties, customs fees, and/or VAT charged by your government, as iTeaworld has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Please contact the local customs office in the relevant jurisdiction for additional information on customs policies or duties. International orders will not be refunded for failure to pay import duties, taxes or fees.  

Shipping Delay

iTeaworld is not responsible for delays in shipping caused by extraneous factors (such as weather, inspections, incorrect addresses, labor disputes, and/or transportation problems). We cannot be responsible for lost or damaged packages.
