We recommend storing tea in an airtight container or keeping it in its original sealed packaging. Avoid places with heat, humidity, direct sunlight, or strong-smelling foods, as tea can absorb moisture and odors easily. For most teas, a cool, dry cupboard is a good place to start.

Tea can stay fresh for a long time when it is properly sealed and stored. For unopened tea, please follow the best-by or freshness date on the packaging.
Once opened, we recommend enjoying your tea within the following timeframes for the best flavor:
Green & yellow tea: within 2–3 months
Black & oolong tea: within 6–8 months
White, dark & Pu-erh tea: these teas can be stored for much longer when properly stored, and their flavors may gradually change and develop over time.

Our orders ship directly from China, and shipping costs are based on the weight of your order and your destination.

We usually prepare orders within 1 business day. Orders placed during Chinese public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
After your order leaves our warehouse, it is transferred to our shipping partner. This transfer usually takes around 3 days. Once the package enters international transit, delivery generally takes 7–20 days. Actual delivery times can vary depending on the destination, carrier, customs, and other circumstances, so we cannot guarantee an exact delivery date.

For additional protection, Shipping Protection is available at checkout. If your package is lost or arrives damaged, eligible orders may receive compensation or a refund according to the protection terms.

If you're not satisfied with the flavor of a tea, you can contact us within 15 days of receiving your order to request a refund for the product amount.
The guarantee applies when you are dissatisfied with a specific tea.
It does not apply when all or most of the teas in the same order are reported as unsatisfactory.
In these cases, a refund not be available.
If you're unsure whether you'll like a tea, we recommend trying a sample before purchasing a larger quantity. This gives you a chance to explore the flavor before committing to a larger purchase.
