Shipping policy

We’re committed to making your shopping experience smooth and convenient.

We offer shipping from two locations: China Warehouse (default) and U.S. Warehouse. For eligible products, you can select your preferred warehouse on the product page before adding the product to your cart.

The U.S. Warehouse is available only for eligible U.S. addresses. Shipping rates and delivery times vary by warehouse, destination, and product.

U.S. Warehouse Shipping

Shipping Rates

Shipping fees are based on the total value of U.S. Warehouse products in your order:

  • Under $59.99: $4.99 standard shipping
  • $59.99 or more: Free standard shipping

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery: 5–7 business days.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Hawaii & Puerto Rico

Shipping to Hawaii and Puerto Rico is subject to separate rates:

  • U.S. Warehouse product subtotal under $99 after discounts: $9.99 standard shipping
  • U.S. Warehouse product subtotal of $99 or more after discounts: Free standard shipping

Delivery times to Hawaii and Puerto Rico are not currently available.

U.S. Warehouse shipping is not available to Alaska, American Samoa, Guam, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, U.S. Virgin Islands, Armed Forces Americas (AA), Armed Forces Europe (AE), or Armed Forces Pacific (AP).

China Warehouse Shipping

The China Warehouse is our default fulfillment location. Products not selected for U.S. Warehouse shipping will be shipped from China.

Processing & Shipping Time

Processing: Orders containing China Warehouse products are generally packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. Once dispatched, your order status will be updated to Fulfilled.

Shipping: After leaving our warehouse, packages generally take around 3 days to reach our logistics partner. Once picked up, international delivery generally takes 7–20 business days, depending on the destination country and local carrier conditions.

Actual delivery times may vary due to customs, weather, holidays, carrier delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Zone A: United States (55 of 62 states), Colombia, Canada, Mexico, United Kingdom, Cyprus, Portugal, Romania, Australia, Azerbaijan, Bahrain, Bangladesh, Bhutan, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Indonesia, Belgium, South Africa, Italy, Austria, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Poland, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, and other eligible destinations.

Zone B: New Zealand, Hong Kong SAR, Japan, Macao SAR, Malaysia, Norway, Philippines, Saudi Arabia, Serbia, Singapore, South Korea, Sri Lanka, Taiwan, Thailand, Vietnam, and other eligible destinations.

Special Shipping Requirements

Saudi Arabia

For orders shipped to Saudi Arabia, customers are required to provide an Address Short Code, as mandated by local regulations for international deliveries.

Shipping Address

Please provide a complete and accurate shipping address, including your name, city, postal code, and street address.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Additional shipping charges may apply if an order needs to be reshipped due to an incorrect or incomplete address.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order is marked as Fulfilled, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your international tracking number.

Please note that tracking information may not appear immediately. It can take 2–3 days for the tracking number to become active and show updates on 17TRACK.

You’ll receive tracking updates as your package moves through transit, including when it is in transit, out for delivery, and delivered.

Duties, Taxes & VAT

For orders shipped from our China Warehouse, product prices do not include VAT, customs duties, or import taxes that may apply in your destination country. Any applicable charges are the customer’s responsibility.

Orders shipped from our U.S. Warehouse to U.S. addresses are fulfilled domestically and do not go through an international import process.

Customs and tax policies vary by destination. While many international shipments are delivered without additional charges, we cannot guarantee that duties, taxes, or other customs fees will not apply.

Shipping Insurance

Once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery is managed by the carrier. Delays may occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control, including weather conditions, customs inspections, labor disruptions, or transportation issues.

For added protection, we strongly recommend selecting Shipping Insurance at checkout.

Shipping insurance covers eligible cases of loss, damage, or theft and may provide a replacement or refund in accordance with the insurance provider's terms and conditions.

If you need to submit a claim for a damaged shipment, please retain all original packaging materials and damaged items as supporting evidence.
