We want you to be happy with your iTeaworld purchase. If not, our return and exchange process is simple and hassle-free.
We offer unconditional refunds within 15 days of receiving the tea if you are not satisfied, no need to return the product
We offer a 30-day refund policy from the date of receiving the goods. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have the option to request a refund or exchange within this timeframe.
If you need to request a return, kindly provide us with your order number or the email address used to place your order.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
- Items must be in new condition, including all accessories and packaging.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- International orders will not be refunded for non-payment of import duties, taxes or fees.
- Refunds are limited to the total amount paid.

Damaged, Wrong product, Exchanges

Who pays for return shipping?
