Osmanthus White Tea
This tea started with a simple question: What would happen if we brought together aged white tea and fresh osmanthus flowers?
We worked with local tea farmers in Huqiu, Anxi, Fujian, to make this small batch using freshly picked golden osmanthus. The tea goes through two rounds of traditional scenting, allowing it to take in the flowers' natural aroma.
Golden osmanthus blooms for only 3–5 days each year in Huqiu, so only a small amount of flowers is available for making this tea.
In the cup, the sweet scent of osmanthus blends with the warm, date-like notes of aged Shou Mei. The tea is smooth and sweet, with a light floral taste that brings a fresh touch to the mellow white tea.
One thing we love about this tea is how its flavor changes as it cools. The osmanthus aroma becomes even easier to notice. It also holds its flavor well through several infusions.
With its gentle floral notes and smooth, sweet taste, this is an easy tea to enjoy throughout the day.

Aroma: Clear, fresh osmanthus notes with a cool, crisp character, rather than the usual warm, sweet floral scent.
Taste: Silky and sweet, with a lingering floral taste that spreads across the palate and stays after each sip.
