This tea was amazing! I love rose in tea but sometimes it can overwhelm a blend. The rose in this was delicate, allowing the black tea to shine through. It's perfectly balanced and so smooth with no astringency. Beyond the delicate floral notes, there's an incredible richness that provides depth and complexity. I used 1 heaping tsp of tea and steeped at 212° for 3 minutes in my tea pot.

I brewed this tea hot using the gongfu method. This is quite an elegant black tea with a wonderful rose note to it. This isn’t like potpourri or perfume, but rather tastes like roses just picked from the garden. The rose isn’t overpowering, is slightly sweet and complements the black tea so well. This particular black tea is so smooth and has a nice richness to it. I ended up getting many steeps before the tea turned watery (I’d say at least six, I lost count!). I really enjoyed this one!

I truly took pleasure in this Rose Black tea from iTeaworld. The plucking standard for this Yunnan Tea No. 10 variety is one bud and two leaves. This cha goes through an established scenting process three times. Producing a luxurious floral aroma and balanced flavor that blends rich Yunnan black tea notes with sweet, heady rose. I steeped 3 grams in 12 ounces of boiling water for 3 minutes. This infusion is absolutely lovely, and I’m not the biggest fan of rose-forward teas! The black tea isn’t too mild or too bold, and the rose is present without being overwhelming. I think just the right amount of rose is used too, and it pairs so nicely with the tea chosen. The tea itself is nice and smooth with no astringency. The rose also tastes very natural, whereas a lot of rose-flavored teas can taste like perfume. I really enjoyed this one! The Rose scent is mild when you open the package. Upon steeping it remains gentle. The flavor of the Yuman tea is an excellent base for any of their scented teas.
