Tea Steeper : A 150ml porcelain gaiwan or purple clay teapot.
Tea to Wate Ratio : 1g:50ml
How Much Tea : 3-5g
Water Temperature : 90-100℃/194-212℉
Steeping Time : The initial 3 brews all go for 10 seconds, then add 10 seconds more for each of the next 3 brews.
Multiple Times : 7 Times

Western Brewing
Tea Steeper : An 8-ounce porcelain cup or glass cup.
Tea to Wate Ratio : 1g:100ml
