Real Jasmine Tea: The "Scenting" Process
传统的茉莉花茶并非使用液体“调味”；而是利用新鲜花朵天然窨制而成。我们称之为“窨制”（Yin Zhi）。

三步法：
窨花（夜班）
由于茉莉花只在夜间开放，我们将新鲜花朵与茶叶混合几个小时，让其吸收天然香气。
透气（散热）
窨制过程会产生热量。我们人工搅拌并“翻动”茶叶，使其透气，以保持香气的清新与纯净。
锁香（烘干）
我们筛出花朵并将茶叶轻柔烘干。这一步将花香“锁”在茶叶中，直到您冲泡时才释放出来。
