Because international shipments do not support return services, we are unable to accept returns for international orders. We appreciate your understanding.

iTeaworld Refund Policy
At iTeaworld, we want every customer to enjoy the beauty of tea with full satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with the product you received, we are committed to providing you with timely and friendly after-sales support.

1. Refund Period
If you are not satisfied with the product you received, you may request a refund within 30 days from the date of delivery.
No return is required, and no additional conditions apply.
We simply hope you enjoy your tea experience with iTeaworld.

Note: The 30-day period is calculated based on our system's delivery confirmation — starting from the date your order is marked as "delivered."

2. Refund Method
Refunds will be issued to your original payment account.

The refund amount will not exceed the total amount you actually paid.

Import duties, taxes, or additional charges collected by local customs or delivery providers are non-refundable, as they are not collected by iTeaworld.

3. Refund Processing Time
We will review your refund request and process it within 5 business days of receiving it.
Please note that actual posting time may vary depending on your payment provider.

4. Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items
If you receive any of the following issues, please contact our customer service team at support@iteaworld.com as soon as possible:

  • Damaged product
  • Wrong item received
  • Quantity does not match your order

We will resend the correct product or issue a full refund based on the situation — free of charge.
For damaged items, please provide clear photos as proof so we can process your request promptly.

5. Disclaimer
Refunds or compensation may not be applicable in the following cases:

  • Delivery failure caused by incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer
  • Delays, returns, or extra charges caused by customs clearance issues or changes in local import policies

If the parcel is returned due to such reasons, we can arrange a reshipment. However, additional shipping fees may apply, to be covered by the customer.
