The Mastery of Oolong — Brewing Excellence

The Essence of 4 Masterpiece Oolongs — Terroir, Masters & Craftsmanship

  • Anxi High Mountain Tieguanyin

Region: Huoqiu, Anxi — high-altitude core tea area at 950m, with misty weather and gentle sunlight. Ancient “Red Heart Diwei Peach” cultivar, rare and delicate. Tea liquor is clear, smooth, with orchid and osmanthus notes.

Master: Li Jindeng — Anxi Tieguanyin master, 2017 first Master Competition winner, 2020 China Tea Master. Pioneer of the “Aroma Recognition” method, skilled in Qingxiang, Nongxiang, and Chenxiang styles.

Craft: Made from the latest autumn harvest using light oxidation and light roasting, semi-handcrafted under Li’s supervision from shaking to roasting. Highlights orchid aroma and sweet, refreshing flavor with layered oolong complexity.

  • Wusandi Wuyi Shuixian

Region: Wusandi, Wuyi Mountains — high mountain gorge, 700–1200m altitude. 70-year-old Shuixian bushes, pure mountain flavor, thick texture, resilient to multiple infusions.

Master: Wu Sheng — from a Wuyi tea family, 20 years’ experience, awarded multiple Shuixian prizes. Skilled in flower-flavored Shuixian and aged bush teas, with wild ecological management expertise.

Craft: Full oxidation + moderate multi-stage roasting, three rounds of controlled roasting, producing classic rock tea style: stable aroma, rich sweet liquor, clear rock character, long-lasting flavor.

  • Matouyan Rougui

Region: Matouyan, core Wuyi Rock Tea area, top mountain terrace, strong terroir, clear rock aroma.

Master: Chen Hui — 30-year Wuyi Rock Tea family artisan, multiple local awards, expert in Rougui and old Shuixian.

Craft: Full oxidation + moderate multi-stage roasting, three rounds of charcoal roasting, producing traditional Wuyi rock tea style: aromatic, rich, layered, resilient to multiple infusions.

  • Pingkengtou Yashi Xiang

Region: Pingkengtou, Fenghuang Town — above 900m, birthplace of Yashi Xiang mother trees. Tea trees are 2nd generation, 30–40 years old, preserving authentic floral aroma and mountain character.

Master: Wen Yanjin — lifelong Pingkengtou tea artisan, 25 years in traditional Dancong crafting, focused on expressing mountain terroir.

Craft: Meticulous shaking + light roasting to reveal delicate orchid-honey aroma, smooth sweetness, and layered, terroir-driven single-bush character.
