NOTE: The Nutty Longjing Green Tea (Yellow-style) is available for pre-order.

This Longjing tea features the classic nutty, bean-like aroma that is characteristic of traditional Longjing. It is crafted using time-honored processing methods. The dry leaves display a yellow-green color, with a rich and long-lasting aroma. The taste is smooth and mellow with a pleasant lingering sweetness, and it offers good durability across multiple infusions.

It is well-suited for tea drinkers who prefer a fuller-bodied flavor, a smooth mouthfeel, and those seeking an authentic Longjing tea experience.

Nutty Longjing Green Tea (Yellow-style)
Aroma: Rich and toasty, with a signature nutty/chestnut fragrance.
Taste: Mellow, full-bodied.
Texture: Smooth

Unlike traditional Longjing, this "Green Style" is crafted using a slightly lower temperature during the final Hui Guo (pan-firing) stage. This gentle heat preserves the tea's vibrant, emerald-green luster and "tender-green" appearance. The process highlights the legendary "Xian" (freshness) of Longjing, yielding a bouquet of crisp, tender aromas with subtle hints of sweet soybean blossom. It is an elegant, refined choice for those who seek a bright and floral tea experience.

Sourced from the heart of the Dafo Longjing region, Yali Village sits 400m above sea level in a mist-covered mountain landscape. The local white sandy soil and cool climate are ideal for producing tea with high amino acid content and deep fragrance.

The area is famous for its ancient, wild-grown tea trees that flourish in a superior ecological environment. These heirloom trees produce plump, vibrant buds with a complex flavor profile: rich in aroma, exceptionally refreshing, and naturally low in bitterness.
