I have tried both of the worlds , tea and coffee with each having each own variation based on how fast, how hot ,how sweet,how smooth,how do you digest it.
For me i tried using coffee as a daily drink for studying,but to be honest, i'm a bit biased because i was born with a family who knows and shares more about tea than coffee, also i like tea cause it doesn't have that aftertaste and it takes more time to prepare.
So when i tried using your green tea, it was fantastic even when i don't have much experience on switching the liquid and precisione water tempreture.

I brewed the tea in a traditional purple clay pot with the water temperature controlled at about 80 degrees Celsius, the first brewing time was about a minute, and then slowly increased the steeping time. The flavor is very mellow, that fresh and refreshing bean aroma, with a long-lasting sweet aftertaste and no bitterness at all, comparable to the good Longjing I've had in China. I usually drink it in the morning with a few simple cookies to start the day on a good note. Compared to other green teas on the website, this Longjing has a stronger bean flavor, is more refreshing than Matcha, has a longer aftertaste, and is definitely Best Loose Leaf Tea!
